In the wake of Softies, our full time burger vendor, graduating to a new brick and mortar location, we’re thrilled to be bringing back our Smorgasburger Stand! Each week we’ll be inviting a new chef, restaurant or concept to pop up and sell burgers at Smorgasburg out of our stand. And we’d love for you to be one of those vendors. Both of our last two full time burger vendors used opportunities like this to show us how great they’d be at Smorgasburg if given the chance.
