Overview

The Markets Assistant Manager is a hands on, site based role that supports the Market Director in the execution of Smorgasburg markets across New York City. This position serves as an on the ground assistant manager and team leader for market operations and maintenance, helping ensure that each site is fully set up, compliant, and operating smoothly.

This role is focused on details, consistency, and follow through. The Markets Assistant Manager helps ensure that operational standards are met, teams are prepared and equipped, and market infrastructure is properly assembled, maintained, and closed out each day.

This is a full time, seasonal position ideal for someone who is highly detail oriented, comfortable leading teams in the field, and enjoys making sure systems, spaces, and people are fully dialed in
